they didn't send email fr docs but lawyer waiting from them first hearing recording and prepare according to that. my case different my member not happy with  lawyer documentation. that's why she give again hearing invitation to prepare docs according to aat guidelines.

3 nov 2021- received email from AAT hearing on 18 Nov 2021

18 Nov 2021 - Hearing attend by Owner/ applicant

Decision same day took 5 hours Same day hearing decision remit to immigration

22 Dec 2021- Written Decision

17 Jan 2022- Decision forward to Immigration

8 FEB 2022- Medical n AFP police request

25 Feb 2022- Medical Appointment

10 March 2022: PR Granted

After around 5 years i am writing in this forum for the first time before i was just reading what other people was writing and try to convince myself wait for the right time. So guys see how i have spent 5 years to get permanent residence. it was not that  easy i think the time when we apply around 2017 was the worst time lots of application were refused by immigration department . Everything was genuine but at that time i was victim you know i had lot of hard time finally my visa got approved. so guys don't loose hope just wait for the right time. anything you guys want to share plz welcome. I am writing bit long coz this is from 5 years you know what i was thinking once i my visa got approved i must share my experience with you guys so that it can help you out there. stay strong and once again best of luck to all of you who are waiting for this .

At the end he asked for an updated organisational chart along with the apprentice pay slips and proof of them being citizen or a resident from 4years ago, that’s just for the training benchmarks, lastly he asked a statement from our company’s accountant saying they can pay me for next 6 months with limited operations of the hotel until Covid19 crisis is controlled and that should also include cash flow. We are big company with multi massive hotels around Melbourne, I just think we are getting picked on for no reason, everything they asked for we have it, I just don’t understand what’s the big deal about organisational chart. Hope this helps others and good luck to every one. We are going to submit the rest of the documents either today or tomorrow, I will update again once I hear more about it.

same here, i quit the job after 7 months and apply new visa but now have hearing but employer provide docs and ready to go fr hearing, rest on almighty of god.

yes we had to provide all the genuine position + again financial.

they will ask on the hearing based on documents that you had provide before.

thanks fr that. my hearing is next week. r you submit any organisation chart. please give me some idea about that. i need a format of organisation chart. wht type of question they asked. i m very tense because employer nd my hearing on same day.
