Yesterday i have received my citizenship certificate.thanks everyone. I think virtual citizenship certificate is bit diffrent than actual ceremony because my certificate dont have red seal.

Hi i am new in this forum and i am stuck.i received email friday for virtual ceremony and advise to install webex app.i did but i dont now how they will contact me monday 4 may at 1pm for ceremony. In email says click green joint meeting button end of email but i didnt find that button in my email.
