Nomination Approved  - 22 Febraury 2020

1st Complaint  -     22nd March 2021

IMMI S57 Natural Justice about Company Documents  - 29 March 2021

Documents Submitted  = 22 April 2021

2 nd Complain   - 20 June 2021  ( Nothing Happend)

3 rd Complain - 8th July 2021

S56 Request for Medical and AFP  - 13 th July 2021

S56 REquest for English Language  - 22 nd July 2021 ( My MIgration Laywer Didn't Submit & He Submitted on the same day)

Finally  IMMI PR Grant    --  On 27 JULY 2021

Hi Divya, I have applied on  Oct 3 2019, recently i complaint to the immigration about my application, after i made complain they opened my file and ask for my latest medicals and AFP ( i have already submitted my medicals and police clearance 1 year ago). Hopefully U can expect some positive news..

I applied through Migration Agent,  

Hi , I am based in Sydney CBD.

I Complained 3 times

First time when I complain they asked for company documents, with in time frame I submitted documents,after that in haven’t heard for 3 months,

then I complained again but they send me reply that I personal mail is not authorised mail for communication, and after that I haven’t heard again 3 months

Third  time I complained last week Wednesday, today they opened my file and asked for Health  and AFP 

My position is Cook. Working in the same Restaurant for 6 years

The Lockdown doesn’t effect Visa Processing. Today they opened my file and asked for Health & AFP.. I am based in Sydney on 186TRT waiting since October 2019

One friend in Sydney as cook 186TRT got granted yesterday, this is good news something is moving  

Do u have his timeline.. Because i am also on 186 AS Cook from SYDNEY. I applied for Nomination in August and PR in October. My Nomination is approved in February and and still waiting for PR

Medicals Done : January 29th 2020

Australia PCC Submitted : February 11th 2020

Overseas PCC Submitted : February 25th 2020

Nomination Approved : February 25th 2020

Status :  still Received
