Thank you all so much. The information I was given by an agent was so wrong.  Now I can see exactly what I need to do. I’m going to get a better migration agent.

I’m 21 months into my partnership visa being processed & I travelled back to the UK without a bridging visa B (wisein hind sight) my BVA has been cancelled and I’m currently on an ESTA. Can I appeal, as I’m being told I can’t reinstate my BVA when my ESTA runs out. Is this correct. Any advice welcome.
