What I have read from the immi portal that At least 3 years required.  But I have no clue about whether my part time experience will be considered as 1 complete year?

I am also looking for genuine advice and the Immi agent for my application.

I have 2 years of overseas experience and 1 year of part time experience (20 hrs in week) in Australia in my professional field.

My employer is interested in sponsoring me.

Whether my application would be considered by Immi?
