Medicals requested and done : 30th December

Further Assesment Status updated 06 January 2020

Visa Granted 20 January 2020

Hi. Newbie here. Just wanted to ask. If in immiaccount says “Arrange Health Examinations”, is that just automatically generated once you submitted a visa application or does that mean our application has been received, opened and updated?
