I am going to do the skills assessment and I have already 65 points, I wondering if for Act it’s enough points to be invited

My nomination will be refused and the company will not apply an appeal because I am not working for them anymore which makes sense but I need more time in Australia because I want to apply for 190 next year. Is there anyone who had the same issue ?

my migration lawyer said that I can’t submit a review for the visa if the company doesn’t submit theirs
