Asked 2nd October 2022 & how much time take for processing the AOS

No specific timeframe mentioned anywhere. When you lodge the AOS application online it comes wit a completion date of 28 days if i remember correctly. Keep following up with central link on regular basis to et our desired outcome. I did the same.

    Hi guys, good news

Visa Lodgment date:  5 Oct 2016

    Hreque for Medical/Aoc/Pcc:  29 Sep

And How long does it take to get Aos approved ?

Suggestion is to keep following up on regular basis with central link. I contacted them almost daily and the entire process was finished in less than 2 weeks.

    Request for medical/AOS/PCC - 28/7/22

    Everything submitted - 31/8/22

    Request to pay 2nd Vac - 20/9/22

Would like to thanks every single person who has shared the same emotions/feelings as me & also for the valuable advice every time. So hang on guys everyone still waiting would get the news soon.

Note: Just to keep further motivated, my case was not that straight forward. My mom was diagnosed with cancer 10 years back & there is no re-occurrence since then. Even with this situation we received the visa.

Just before grant, but I have no idea about when the medical is  for the 804? but there have been stories in the press about people failing them, at the late stage nearing grant?  As I mentioned we were in. We were in a Different situation to all other posters on this thread, so no point in comparing time line.

Hi buddy can the medical rejection happen after the AOS money has been paid

Even if they ask for additional docs you always have to have a medical. So still some possibility of rejection if medical fails. I believe some people may be asked to undergo treatment and test again later,  it all depends on the reason you fail the initial medical.  But if one person fails all the applicants fail. May be best to discuss with an agent. There are good ones on this site.

Thanks a lot. I hoping things to be positive. I hope they consider to give the visa as they are charging a huge amount. Also I am assuming they don’t take the AOS bond and then reject the visa.

  7. Need some help. I have heard that there are chances of 143 getting rejected on medical grounds . For eg If the applicant has a cancer or previously had cancer. Does anyone in a similar situation has received a visa also at what stage they decide to reject the visa. If we recieve the request for additional docs should be assume that visa will be granted at some stage or even after that there are chances of rejection after that.
