Hello friend have u uploaded your docs already what is progress in ur side.

i have uploaded my pcc and form 80 on 21st oct still waiting .

Hello everyone, i am just new to this forum.

my partner visa subclass 309 was refused by immigration on october 2018. I went in AAT and got hearing date on 25th of september 2019.

The member of aat set aside the decison same day of my hearing and remited my application back to department on 25th sep.

co contaced me on  16 october 2019  almost 25 days after hearing  and asked me for more information requested like  updated form 80  indian police check as the attachted with file is not valid, and hap id for visa medical,

i have provided all requested documents on 21st ocobter 2019 via immi account.

so my concern is how long i have to wait more for visa grant

i am so depressed for over few years my daughter is in australia and i havent seen her since she is born i cant wait anymore

plz help
