Hi guys anyone have idea how long business investigation takes , my file was opened in june 2019 nothing happen after that

Is there anyone’s employee’s business got 457 Monitoring and how long does it take. Can anyone provide some information regarding that.

I think your visa will not be approved until you leave and go offshore. If you are holding the same passport for your application and you are in the county already. 

For example if you have a French and Italian passport and you applied offshore on you French passport for your 187 Chef visa and you are in Australia with your Italian passport then your visa can still be granted. But if you have only one passport and you in Australia already but your application is offshore your visa won't be processed until you leave.

This is my understanding, (through a friend who has Italian and Brazilian passports) if anyone finds this explanation wrong please don't get hyper about it, just present your explanation. 

I was here on student visa got refused while renewing then I applied aat ,went outside from Australia applied RSMS and came back

Hi guys if business going through monitoring and investigation thats means something wrong with business or it could be happen to any busniess ?

File is offshore but i m onshore

Investigation started in june this year but i m waiting for 187 visa from last 24 months

I already waiting from 24 months

Actually i applied for 187 visa but my agemt told me that business going through investigation and monitoring until they done that monitoring i will not get anything
