because i have gluten intolerance which lead to joint swelling, i dont take any medicine and i am also worried will this effect my PR application

I have a question which i am extremely anxious about

i have my medical in few days and I have gluten and dairy intolerance  which causes my joint to swell especially knee joints, I was wondering if anyone know, will this be a issue with my medical for PR in Australia
