hope all are doing well

Finally it is our turn,we got our golden email today and the whole process took almost 20 months 

i also had the request for my new born’s medicals when she turned 6 months and we did that on the 18th of September and the PR got approved today 

this form has been a great support ,I applied for my or in May 2018 and the nomination was approved in May 2019 

so yeah long time but I am sure all your hard work will pay off shortly

It is just to get people excited i am sure there is no reality into it unfortunately , it has been over 16 months for me.

Hi Guys,

Would anyone have any idea why the VIC PESE team is much slower in processing ? am i the only one in the waiting boat on further assessment from last 100 days? yes i am counting days and i am loosing it now.

Any ideas guys?

28 days is not the maximum time frame - that is just the deadline you have to provide the additional docs/info requested.  As some n this forum are >28 days and still are waiting for CO to open application again.  Others however can be 28 days or less than 28 days.  Its really the case of "how long is a piece of string" 

Sometimes Nomination and Application are simultaneously approved - but not always the case.

You are exactly right,in my case the s56 request was fulfilled on 24th may 2019  which means it is now 3 months and 9 days on further assessment

I wish not all of you have to face the same situation as me but the truth is that there is no real processing time,i feel like it is forever with me being stuck on this further assessment really frustrated now,just to let you all know that i called up the department as well but they say the processing time is just an indication and 90% application get there result by then all they could tell was to wait and be hopeful that the case officer will look at my file sooner then later.

But all don't loose hope because of my one case there are number of applications getting results very soon,so be positive

I am new to this form but been reading it from last 4-5 months now

Anyone waiting from May 2018 here? got my nomination approved May 2nd 2019 as a chef and received s56 on 7th may 2019 and sent all the requested documents on 24th may 2019 and the status changed to further assessment and still waiting to hear anything back from the department 

Not only it is depressing but just making it harder day by day,sick of checking Immi account several times a day and see that further assessment,don't know what to do so something can happen .

Anyone in the same time frame?
