My nomination in 186 DE approved as a customer service manager in JAN 2020, i was gathering my documents to lodged visa application but unfortunately due to covid 19 ,there is world wide lock down,English exams are cancelled in my country until JUN ,But my nomination would be expired 30 May 2020,now i am confused and worried would department extend this time to lodged visa?

My nomination has been approved now i am getting ready to apply for visa my all docs are ready only i am facing problem in Ielts i want to ask can i pay english fee if i dont achieve required band in IELTS or PTE Please confirm to me??

Hi i would like to tell that my nomination has been approved.

I want to ask now i am going to lodge my visa application direct entry 186 what sort of employment docs i need to show as i am getting salary cash in hand please tell me about employment docs that i need to submit thanks.

Whereas a few days ago, someone of my same occupation (263111) got visa whose last documents submission dt was after me i.e. 30 Nov 19 but  my last documents submission dt is 11 Nov 19.

So, yet to understand how immi auth priorities the applications.     

My company applied for the nomination direct entry oct 2018 today i have been told that company nomination is approved what does that company nomination approved?

You are paying for the service of them checking your elegibility. As you know, you are still within the estimated time frame. You've been waiting 8months now, and the waiting time can either go up or down without further notice. Yes, It is hard..but at the end of the day, nobody is forcing us to stay here. I bet one income in Australia is way better than two in our home countries..and more for thus of us coming from HR countries. It's the price we have to pay to be in this beautiful country.

But now the news is that they are going to do fast processing as per new legislation application which made after Mar 2018 they are going to give a priority to those application lets see and hope for the best.

I wonder total processing time is 19 month nomination+visa but in your case they take  20 months to approve only your nomination thats unfair....
