do I need give my detail or leave it ?

I need little help with my citizenship application 

I am on 187 visa direct entry and it’s been one year now 

am I eligible for citizenship or need to wait for 2 years??

any help would be much appreciated

Its all on your agent’s argument. I can highly recommend my Agent for this kind of work..if your documents are clean and if ur refusal reason is similar to mine/unfair, then you can approach him, because he has the letter format and everything what we submitted to AAT, how to handle these case. 

 

What is your exact reason for Refusal? Let’s see if I can help you with anything....

So are you  in fuel station and the reason only it's supervisory position not a manager position that's all.

Rcb, nomination and visa on same day

Rcb approved 

I nominated as retail manager in Petrol station with Independent company but my store includes post, liquor, grocery and resturant. Company has huge turnover. Even one person got rsms visa as retail manager with same company in 2015. I am working with this company since I applied my visa. 

My owner owns another 20 petrol station and he is not working with us. He is living in city. 

My timeline was 

Rcb , nomination and visa applied on 26feb 2018

Rich approved

Retail manager in Petrol station but with Independent company and its huge company with good turnover even my petrol station include grocery, liquor, post and restaurant. One person already got rsms visa as retail manager in 2015 from same company. My owner doesn't work here as he owns 20 another petrol station even he is living in city.
