Has anyone got PR from VIC PESE in these few weeks?

I feel, only from  NSW PESE people’s PR been approved lately. 

Just wondering what is PESE what does that effect on application? Where it will located so that i can check ?? 

What does the team means coz i just saw i am on team 04 whats that refers to??

Hi guys, i applied 186 TRT visa applied on August 2018 as Restaurant Manager.

My nominations have been approved on 1st June and they ask for my police clearance from Australia and overseas on 12 jun which I already submit on same day.

But unfortunately my restaurant just sold to other employer, will that effect on my application???
