All states and territories have now released their occupation lists.  Unfortunately QLD has closed their 190 nomination process and is due to re-open in September.  Apart from Designated Area Migration Agreements, State Sponsorship seems to be the best alternative to GSM programme.

One of my clients waited around 6 months.  Whilst others take 2 weeks.  Really inconsistent and frustrating at the same time.
