my agent said there are few reasons that cause delay after AAT won and remitted back to department 

1.   immigration will approve according to the current allocation quota of the migration of the  particular visa sub-class-  State based ( as 187 no longer exists don't know how it works)

  2. the case officer is  on leave

3.our file is not decision ready as some documents missing etc etc ,

we can approach either ombudsman or  try via federal MP for an intervention ... raise your matter , try all possible ways ..

what about those who are waiting to hear from aat after giving all documents asked.

really frustrating, our agent send so many reminders but just a general reply each time. Going to be five months on 22/12/21

no hearing date or update nothing

Sukhwinder I will highly recommend calling AAT, in my case I called them and got the hearing date the next day, and the receiver admitted that they received all the documents but failed to click the button and that caused the delay in informing us regarding the hearing date.

The hearing happened yesterday. So the phone call went to the morning to my husband’s boss at the office and was for about 45 min hearing. So they did asked all the position, why, when all the questions that why the company needs him there. Cause financially everything was good and profit. They couldn’t asked about financial’s staff. 
So my husband ‘s boss she spokes so well and confident.

At the end  The member was happy with what they heard and said they would make a decision after.

5 hours later the email arrived 🥳🥳🥳 yayyyyyy they gave  set aside 🥳

guys almost 4 years since nomination started sent documents and now the day has arrived. OMG I can’t believe it right now. 
Anyway our agent said it still have a risk with migration... they still can ask something specially now with covid19 going on. But we don’t think so.

we need to send polices, Ielts and skills certificates to migration. And then wait our email. 
so that’s all happens

Retail Manager - Victoria region

Refused: 28th December 2017.

Reason for refusal: My employer have more than one store and case officer thought my owner is running businesses without any sponsored employee before and he can continue doing that & doesn't need any sponsored manager. (Which is of course a weird reason to refuse and they just did it as they did it to many other RSMS applicants in that period)

AAT lodged: February 2018.

AAT hearing: Nomination & Visa on 9th October 2019. Nomination hearing took around 40 minutes, followed by Visa hearing less than 10 minutes.

Member asked my employer number of questions about business, employer profile, applicant details and other employees. At the end of hearing member asked my employer to submit latest financials, training and Salaries related documents.

Documents submitted on 22nd of October 2019.

Decision: Set aside on 6th December 2019 both Nomination & Visa.

I don’t think it should affect, rather Aat waiting / processing time should improve.

My agent has not informed us any thing of like this. Let’s all be positive.
