Actually It my was my 187 visa refused based on natural justice they ask for documents and my MA attached all documents with in the time frame but CO didn't look the attachments and refused the nomination stating that documents not provided. ok.. you can check with your lawyer as i had my immi acc but since the time i am on aat i have not look into immi acc

I had my first nomination refused for the same reason, also as a Restaurant Manager. I quickly applied for AAT just for the nomination and withdrew the visa application.
At the same time I applied for a new 186 TRT (nomination + visa), with the same employer but a different MA.
After 8 months my second nomination and visa were approved and I got my PR. I then withdrew the AAT case
It might look a lot but I didn't want to put all my eggs in just one basket, that's why I had two applications running at the same time. Spent a lot of money but don't regret it for even a split second.

Hi you can apply again or go for aat but aat takes bit longer

My refusal reason was training benchmark was not paid on recent sbs approval but just before the application. I applied on april 2018 and have not heard anything yet. May i know when did you apply and from which state and i applied on qld as a restaurant manager as 186.

As the time was too rush and it also Easter holiday on that period, my agent had 4 days off in a row so he ask for the extension from AAT and I got another 1 week to prepare information.

my refused reason was IMMI thought my duties related on supervisor not manager, so I focused mainly on my tasks and give them all necessary evident to prove I was handling manager role. But your agent should guide you and give you direction. AAT will tell you in this letter what you should provide and so does your agent should clearly tell you based on the letter.
