Hello everyone，I really need your help. My friend doing 186 in TRT Strem. She applied 186 Nom and Visa on Nov 2018. Now she is waiting for her Nomination now. But last week, Her boss break up with her Business Partner, So she decided to change her business Structure from Partner to business. The ABN Number may change. Now she is really worried, but her Agnecy said she should not worried about this. This will not affect her PR. So she really wants to know will it affect her PR. Please give some advices. Thanks in advance.

- You may want to consider sending an update to the visa application - as an extra precaution, however, it may not be needed? 

If your MA says not to worry about it, then it's likely you don't need to worry about it.

Thx, I will let her to ask her Agency. Just hope she has competent English as soon as possible.

Hello everyone，my friend applied 186（Trt stream） in Nov 2017. She lodged everything except ielts 6.she is trying to get this in these days.  I just wondering what will happen if her nomination is approval？ Thanks in advance

 I just know my agent doesn’t create my own immi account A few minute earlier. Just wondering is it possible the Agent through their to Company immi acocount to update my documents rather than create my personal immi  account.  

New financial year is coming，hope the best news is on the way.

and one of my friend got permanent residency yesterday, don’t know the exact dats for that but roughly timeline is like

applied feb 18

nomination appoved june 18

visa granted 2 July 2019
