We had to contact good Agent and My Emoloyer Reapplied for Nomination with them and granted approval and we had our PR almost year ago now applying for Citizenship, if you need Agent

Hi, after my first ENS186 nomination, new sponsorship applied  by employer which is approved, but i am on Bridging visa A, i need to go out of country to apply for PR

at the movement i cannot exit -what are my options 

can employer apply for another nomination after one ens186 got refused but candidate is on bridging visa from 457

EN187 for direct entry, is it possible to apply if your are already working in Australia, it says for people Briefly worked in Australia

but i am on my bridging visa, can my wife apply for the visa

i am seeing immigration agent  on Monday - will appeal  first , and look for options, my plan is apply for independent skilled select visa[189]

or direct entry visa, or regional sponsored visa,  after appeal  can we still be in Australia until  decision made on appeal?

what was your feed back from AAT  or your agent , how successful it's  going to be

To day my employer nomination for 186 refused

nomination applied in July 2018

refusal  July 2019

i applied for my visa on 8th June 2019

now on bridging visa

now i have 35 days to leave 

what are my options
