They updated the IMMI website in Feb 2021 and it now still says that for Last Remaining relative the visa processing is still only up to queue date August 2011.
My queue date is Feb2013 but it’s still no move ;(

I do hope to be true to what you have estimated and I predict it will be the fastest to come out for this year or the longest waiting is in 2025.
