  1. Hi Folks,

    I have prepared the skillselect and lodged EOI for visa 491 with NSW as sole state.

    When I come across the state sponsorship application, the official site

    https://www.business.nsw.gov.au/live-and-work-in-nsw/visas-and-immigration/skilled-work-regional-visa-subclass-491/how-to-apply-and-application-forms

    states that fee payment link is not opened yet. However, the application form states I have to attach the payment receipt. Other information from web says just lodge the application by email and they will ask for payment.

    I am confused, which method is the proper one?

    Any idea?

    Andy

  2. hi Dipi,

    You can approach recruitment agent for nursing positions.

    then you usually receive regular mass mail regarding job vacancy.

    Once you see any position that attracts you, try to reply to the agent with as much information about the sponsorship as possible as agent usually does not know about the visa stuff. eg, describe the available visa, what the sponsor need to do, how long you will be in australia if you are oversea.etc..

    this is how I found my pharmacist sponsorship and had interview today. Still waiting for final decision to sponsor me or not.

    hope this help

    Anyone has idea whether the work experience requirement of Stream 1 regional visa in NSW, need to be full time work?

    below is the post from NSW government.

    1.  Your nominated occupation is on the NSW Stream 1 Regional Skilled Occupation List

    and;

    2.  You have been working in a designated regional area in NSW in your nominated occupation, or a closely related occupation*, for at least the last 12 months

    and;

    3.  You have been living in a designated regional area in NSW, for at least the last 12 months.

    Yes, My Kids status is "Wait for further advice for department". Our Panel clinic Doctor himself advised that generally they don't ask for genetic testing for child less then 3 or 4 years(Unless strongly suspected), as infants do have tendency catch up over time until some age. Lets see how it goes from here.

    Hi essessp,

    What kind of genetic tests are generally being asked by panel doctor?

    Wilk CO or other officer who review the case ask for any report from government bodies where we live? eg. growth assessment, cognitive, language, autism etc..?

    cheers

  5. Hi all pominoz followers, participants,

    I started this thread in order to gather all available news, personal experience fron everyone who heard or had similar situation.

    My question is that, how would it affects the chance in granting of PR visa if a child is diagnosed with autism?

    what kind of medical check need to be provided for children around 4 years old?

    I have heard many case in the news that Australian border department rejected children with autism.

    Any comment is appreciated and happy to see every contribution to this topic.

  6. Hi all, its Andy here.
    Nice to meet you all in this fantastic forum.
    As all we know from 1st Nov2019, 187 will be cancelled, but any 187 visa application before that will be accepted and processed as usual.
    My future employer just got RCB approval from WA and they will lodge the sponsorship application to immi dept soon.

    My question: in this case, does the lodge date of sponsorship to immi dept =187visa application time. or equal to the time I lodge my visa application in immiaccount?
    I am so worry abt that as it takes so long time to get sponsorship approval.
    Happy to hear any comments.
    Cheers.
