I am working in regional even that business who sponsership me sold out , I am working under other business same town but my husband living in qld .. he was also in regional in qld but now he have to move from regional suburb  to other suburb near his work . immi req paper for visa - 19 oct they give me 28 days 

pcc submitted on 4th nov on same day inform to immi we will pay for partner English . 

No news after that 28 days gone

Secondary applicant need a functional english, that mean i think 4.5 or 5 in IELTS, but if can not get that score,  it is allowed to pay arround 5000 to goverment, and do dot need to take exam. That is a rule just for secondary applicants, primary applicant has to pass test.
