That is just to buy some time ... as my wife is here on her masters i will apply spouse visa by going offshore

 nomination got refused, owner not allowing to go for AAT , any other option to apply for??? No skill assessment, just to buy some time, is there any option or if i apply just visa AAT how long does it gonna take

Already got BVB , its a permission for 3 months which i mention but i will be back in 1 month

I have a to attend in india, file is under process applied in feb 2018 as cook , will BVB hold the processing of 187 or make any negative impact on file , but i got my annual leave of month to go back india
