they didn’t ask any info and they didn’t approve the nomination yet no famous email 

nothing so far no news no email

You have only waited for 3 months. It will happen just hang in there. 

Consider all the people waiting from 2017.

That's when the fun begins - i declared my caution from 2002 on my original 457 and my records where verified by immigration with ACRO prior to my visa grant in 2016

Now im in the process of gaining my 186 the subject access showed a court appearance with no penalty at all imposed so i never declared it - however my MA now says i have to prepare a notice of incorrect answer which seems odd as i wasn't convicted, fined or cautioned.

Just though i would mention this as no doubt you will be in the same boat if anything else shows up on the subject access..

We got the access report after 2 and a half weeks and submitted it with a statement on Friday 17th. Its out of our hands now...just sitting and waiting. 

Does anyone from the UK have any experience in timescales on waiting for a ARCO subject access report?

We have been asked to provide it after submitting our police checks. Just for my husband, he had a minor driving offense from 13 years ago. We were quoted one calender month but just wondered if anyone had been asked to provide this and how long it took?

New on here but I have applied for a ENS 186 TRT as a disability support worker. Applied Jan 19.

My lawyer received the email from immigration to advise or application will be looked at shortly. About to get police check and medical. 

My friend on the same visa and with the same company was notified yesterday that her nomination was approved. She applied just 2 weeks prior to me. All good signs i hope!!
