Thanks for your response brother. I have a 457 visa which is still active and allows multiple travel . So do i still need bringing visa B?
My Apologies!!!! You don’t need to apply for any VISA your current visa can be used to travel but check with your agent before you travel. There shouldn’t be any issue as long as it’s an emergency

Hi guys i still have 457 visa until 2020 September. My bridging visa A is not active yet. I had applied for 186 trt seven months before but i Haven't heard anything from immi yet. I want to travel overseas because my dad is a cancer patient an is in his last days. Should i be physically onshore for CO to look at my file ? Can i travel with my condition?
Yes you can travel Brother, you just have to apply for another visa which you can ask from your Agent . Please do your duties first , it won’t affect your application

its a restaurant
Be aware if your file opens Immi might come and have interview with you . You should call immigration and try to get something. Your agent should take some action , it’s too long for file to not open . After rule change things have been but critical . What was the revenue of you restaurant, try to look into withdraw the file and reapply again

Can anyone please help me out as i am bit worried. 4 year ago i was charged with dangerous driving causing serious injury. And got 200hr of community work and lost my license for 18months. And it shows on my afp. Can this affect on my visa. I mean it was an accident not an intentional crime. Just worried. Thanks heaps in advance.
What’s your occupation and when did you apply for it

Hay Brother this could slow down the process and they might assess it under character assessment. They might ask for more information because you were given 200 hr of community work which is a lot . What was the dangerous driving ?? Please explain more

Delighted to say it is finally my turn. PR granted this afternoon.
After 8 years, two WHVs, two 457 visas, 1 withdrawn 186 visa in 2016 (due to employer withdrawing nomination) and finally the lucky 6th visa, we are finally residents
Good luck to everybody waiting..
My Nomination was approved on 26/08/19 I don’t know when I will be able to breath

Hey guys I have a really urgent problem and appreciate any comments!
I just found from my immi account that the status of my application has been finalized. Both nomination and visa application are declined, in June and July respectively. So I contacted my MA, he said it was a mistake made by the department. The department has committed the mistake and started reviewing my case again.
However, I doubt there’s no update on Immi account; it’s still showing my application has been declined two months ago. I’ve requested the MA to show me the letter from department but no response so far.
Here comes my questions - I know this is a very rare situation, but is it possible? And do I have any ways to contact the department other than through the MA?
I am really worried about the situation. I am also so disappointed at the MA since he has not updated me anything but the nomination was declined almost 4 months ago.
Any ideas or comments will help! Thanks heaps!
Immi will not do this mistake . What’s your occupation and when did you apply the case

Yes you need to take both refusal to new MA and see whether you had option of appeal or not . In this case you must overstaying your VISA as well. Most Important you need a letter of refusal which will help the new MA to make appeal.

Hay buddy you need to focus on something else try to go out and meet people . This time will be gone when you will look back , Immigration is a numbers game whoever got it before they are lucky . It shouldn’t stop you from living your life , you should go to the ZOO and go places where you have many people.
I advice you one go and Join CrossFit it really helps with anxiety . It’s like small family do not join gym, In gym you will be by yourself . If you join cross fit people talk to each other which helps with some pressure

I think this school holiday will also make slow the CO work
considering that some of them probably have family and they will spend some days with kids
and next Monday is also public holiday
Yes for sure they have to enjoy there life s well they must get tired as well with all those applications. I don’t know , it will be now holidays only from October. We have Christmas soon then half of the staff is already on Holiday. I think I m stuck for next year , I have also deleted my Immi account as well which was driving me crazy to looking at it .

Anybody still waiting for nomination since March 2019?
Your nomination is approved or you lodged your nomination in March 2019

Second point is totally wrong , They have to inform the government before the visa approval because visa is getting approved on the basis of your nomination. Once visa approved employer doesn’t have to inform it’s not a condition any more just for your information
