Hi AMcclain
Sorry to hear that. What do you mean by saying training levy per year? My company has paid only 3000 for training levy. Is there anything that is missed here?
Hi,
I believe it was the training benchmark requirements before the SAF levy came into play.

Hey Mate,
Thats sad to hear. Did they mention the reason as to why they refused the nomination ? What has your MA suggested ?
Hi Guys,
Sad news.., After a long wait of 15 and a half months my nomination got rejected. The reason is that the training levy which was to be paid every year was paid in lump-sum ( was just overlooked and not intentional by the company ) before lodging the nomination. It was paid in full by a sister-company under the company i work for. Basically it is the same company with same people. Can anyone shed some light as to why this could be a issue? I now have to decide to withdraw or to wait out the 28 days and then appeal to the AAT. My MA says we have a case but it could take 1-1.5 years to get the case opened with AAT. Do you know if they can fast-track cases or do they pick-up quicker cases. Very disheartened and sad..In shock .. Any suggestions or ideas ??

Hi All,
I have sad information to share.
My Company nomination was refused and received an invitation to comment on it.
I was 1 of the applicants who received that email about your application will be assessment shortly.
I am so sad 7 months waiting for it.
Can you please tell me who had gone trough it?

Hi @AMcclain , do you have any idea about your company's turnover? I am also working with a small IT company with 4 people, and the annual turnover is around 500k, So I am a bit worried about my company nomination. Thank you.
Hi, my company's turnover is less than 500K. No point in getting yourself worried. Sit tight, enjoy your days and hope of the best.

Hi everyone,
Congratulations to all who have got their PR ! Cheers...
My case is as below :
I have applied on 20th February 2018 for my 457 --> 186 TRT. Nomination and application was logged on 20th Feb 2018. It is for two adults and one child, me being primary applicant.
I was asked on 4/01/2019 to arrange for PCC ( Australia & home country ) and health examinations which were all submitted by 30/1/2019.
Further information was requested from my sponsor on 29/01/2019 which was submitted on 14/02/2019.
After this there has been no further updates from immi.My company is a 4 person small IT company and i am the ICT Support Engineer ( nominated position ) for the company. MA says immi is reviewing the further information and documentation received for the nomination before my application is assesed.
How long will this take and what are your thoughts? Obviously stressed and anxious at these times.
State : QLD
Birth country : HR
Application Status shows "Initial assessment" in immi account ( checked this morning )Thanks ,
Could anyone please help adding me to the excel , thanks.

Thanks ,
what was your AAT appeal for ? Did they ask for any company documents during the appeal ? Did they communicate to you a date for the hearing during the waiting time ? What if your IELTS, health and police clearances expire during that time ? Sorry for so many questions , just wanting to know how it goes..
