Same mine. Nomination approved. Documents requested for visa application 26 of March submitted 27 of March. Status "Received".
Mine request document 26 Feb, provide document 1 March, change to further assessment, still waiting....
The 40 days rule nearly passed... so sad....
By the way, 40 days should be counted from request date or upload document date, Hex?

Can anyone tell me where to know if an occupation or country is low risk or high risk?

Improving the assessment of food system sustainability
Congrats! Can I ask what docs they asked for re. relationship? Had you already provided some and they asked for more? (trying to figure out how much to submit) Thanks!
Hi, they asked for proves on 4 aspects: financial, household, social, nature of committment. I wrote a statement and also presented 2 friends statements, joint bank account, address prove, some pictures showing social gatherings, etc. No further document asked afterward.

Hi Everyone,
Finally after 367 days of waiting I received my Golden Email - I am in complete shock and it couldn't come as my parents were visiting and we just finished a trip down the Great Ocean Road. I also turn 30 in two weeks so it's literally the best birthday present I could ask for!
Nomination was approved March 9th with no documents requested. VISA approved March 19th with no documents requested. Still doesn't feel real and I think I'm in a bit of shock!
For all those still waiting, please keep being positive and don't let other peoples approvals get you down (I know I struggled when I saw other people who applied after me get approved before me!)See my signature for my timeline. I will update the spreadsheet!
Congratulation!
I sometimes think that single applicant has simpler document and takes less time....

Is there any different on processing time of "initial assessment" and "further assessment"? I have been under further assessment for almost 4 weeks and still waiting for golden email.

@HarryWong, please login to your immi account. Website takes few days to show updates.
Oh, I see. However it is my MA to handle the immi account, I cannot login. She have to capture the screen to me if I ask.

Here is the latest Processing Time for ENS DE: 12 months to 13 months
I find ENS DE still need 12 to 15 months in official website. TRT is 12 to 13 months.

@HarryWong There is always a chance of an interview
- My friends had also applied offshore. (their interview was back in their own country)As for the 2nd part of the question, no - if the visa is refused, it'll be for all applicants on the same visa application (including dependants).
That makes sense. If the visa only grant for me but not my family, I won't go.

No Actually my husband is the main applicant and they requested those documents to give me visa based on our marriage!
New marriage?

The fact that you got married only 4 months before the visa application, is likely why it's in "Further Assessment".
My opinion is that this will be slightly scrutinized before approval.
- I had a friend who was in a similar (kinda) situation and was asked for him and his new wife go in for a face to fact meeting. It was intense, but they had nothing to hide and so it only prolonged the application, everything was eventually approved.Good luck, holding thumbs everything goes quick!
We applied offshore, so probably no interview can be made.
Is there a chance that they only grant visa for applicant but not the dependant ?

@HarryWong If all is good with your application, then I would say you have a chance, yes!
- We estimate that the CO's get back to "documents requested", within 35 days of requesting it.If that rings true in your case, then the CO should review your case again (with the updated documents) near the end of the month and (if all is right), hopefully give the grant.
Unfortunately, no one will know this for sure (it could be a new CO, and they might want something that the previous CO didn't request). But, positive thinking! It'll come through!
I just checked with MA, my status is "further assessment", but she refuse to give any guess on the expected time of finalization.
It is a bit weird to me that I've got married in Australia 4 months before applying visa, and after 9 months waiting, CO asked me for genuine relationship proof - seems like our marriage is fraud.
The status changed from "received" to "further assessment". Just worry "further assessment" takes some more time.

Hi,
I am new here, please also add me to the excel. Thank you.

Hi, everyone,
My normination was approved on 26th Feburary 2019, after exactly 9 months waiting. At the same day, I was requested further documents on relationship proof and they were sent on 1st March 2019. Do you think there is high chance of visa granted at the end of this month?
