CO did not update my application after interview. It shows the last update date when generic email was sent. Is anyone has same update date?

hello everyone,
I heard that for spouse visa city matters in which you are going and it also causes delay for about 4 days and so but i am not sure. please confirm.

interview & additional documents request: March 26, 2018
documents were communication history, more specific pictures of wedding and evidence of a future event planned( on phone pictures after that event too)
provided half documents: March 30, received acknowledgement from CO on April 1st
remaining half submitted: April 5 and received acknowledgement on April 8 with some questions. Explained those questions and received feedback on April 9
Visa Grant: April 11

My family had done the medical in Aug 2017, when I applied for my visa. That's why when I applied their visa in June 2018, I used the same Hap Id and they accept it because at that time it was less than a year. After that they didn't ask medical until now.
Medical validity is one year that's what i have heard from somewhere. I am not sure about this.

Her case is of second marriage no kids yet, provided sufficient proofs, DOL MAY 15th 2018 , generics and interviews taken , applies via agent
I have sent multiple emails to them last year. They sent auto generated email first and after 2 or 3 days they replied back me back.
They also asked me to send email from the email address that was mentioned on the application and they also asked my VLN and passport no.
They didn't give me the response for one of my email for a week so i sent a reminder email and after that they replied me.

I made some mistakes on my form 40 and 80 inregards to the addresses mentioned from last 10 years since I had lack of documents at the time to fill up those columns I had to recall and hence the dates are incorrect and an address is missing aswell
i am afraid this will make my case delay so I don’t know what to say now it’s made me sad and dishearten immensely
i have also made some mistakes. I made a separate document and provide them correction and mentioned all the mistakes. InShAllah we all will hear good news soon. Best of luck

Good News .. My wife got visa today.
DOL : 11 June 2018.
First email : 13th December
2nd Email : 14th March
No interview ..
i emailed immigration today to ask for visa status as i was planning to visit Pakistan from 21st April - 05th May and at around 9 AEST got grant email..
My advice .. be understanding to them when u email and be nice ..

In Forum Many of the June applicants got interview call. As you have applied in August so according to calculations you have to wait more.

Second thing is they've asked photography identification of 888 declarant. Can I provide the photo id for them?
