We are in similar situation. my wife is meant to be her by end of July, but seems like its impossible, and i coudnt find an answer anywhere about initial entry date being changed.

anyone got any idea about initial entry date of visa 309? what if you couldnt enter coz of Virus?

There is no such thing as one year old relationship proof on IMMI website. They do understand that in some cultures its common to get arrange marriage. If you have concernes its better to consult an Immigration agent(many people might not agree or find it waste of money) but it is a good time.

No update after that.

It may be taking long because of elections here. From my experience its quite common all departments being bit slow close to elections.
