My nomination refused so my MA apply AAT. Yesterday CO send an email to withdraw my visa file. My MA saying I have to apply AAT for visa also. Is it true? We have to apply AAT separate for nomination and visa file. Please guys give your opinions. 

Yes you need to apply aat for both applications.

nomination and visa 186 applied on 20/06/2017-

and got refused on 30/04/2018

mrt appeal on May 2018 and still waiting for it.457 going to expire by end of April,my question is do I need to work with same employer?
