Where are u located if i may know ? you had submitted file from india ? 

no, but they have asked for a specialist report regarding development. My child has delayed speech. Did u know that your child's medical has not rcvd medical clearance from immigration dept ? if yes, why havent u withdrawn visa file ? or u straight away got the refusal ?
