    I just saw the team!

Mine's also team 13! You can see that from one of the messages under your immi a/c when they request for s56. I submitted around the same time as you. Hopefully, some news soon

So they are new CO that look at our application?

  2. Hi guys, can you please help me? I have a few questions.

    1) I apply only the nomination, so I spent, instead of $13000 more or less, only $3600, and I’ll give the rest if my nomination will be approved. So my question is:

How long time I have since the nomination is approved, to apply for me and my fiancé?

How long the ielts is valid for PR first applicant?

    And for the second applicant?

    Thanks in advance

Sorry to hear about the refusal 😞

Maybe the $ spent on training didn't meet the benchmark or could be another reason?

    Did you use an MA?

The Training Benchmark system requires sponsors to demonstrate expenditure of:

    • an amount equivalent to 2% of gross payroll towards a training fund, such as a donation to a TAFE college or University; or
    • an amount equivalent to 1% of gross payroll on training Australian staff.

Existing sponsors are required to meet the Training Benchmarks either on the anniversary of their sponsorship or in each financial year.

    Options;

    1. Your employer can appeal the refusal - only would recommend if 100% you believe that immi made mistake - this is a loong process though could be 1/2 years or more to get the appeal.
    2. Are you still on 457 visa? is it a possibility to submit a new application? I know its at great expense but likely to be processed quicker than the appeal route. Only thing is Employer will need to pay the SAF.
    3. If on a bridging visa already (that is if your 457 has already expired) bit of a trickier process you can re-apply but you will be on bridging visa C - which means no travel!

Speak to some Migration Lawyers/Agents and assess the options best for you - would definitely recommend specialist advise under the circumstances.

Wish you all the best and again so sorry - I understand went through a nomination refusal too

    Yes I have an MA.

It looks that they didn’t like that my boss provide the training for us. During application on 457 we explained that and the sponsorship was approved. In addition, we sent receipt  as proof of training by other companies.

Should my MA write an email with all the training documents explaining to recheck it again due to the fact that my company paid the 2%? I don’t want give up

Hey guys, I have been a quiet reader for a while, but I just got my nomination approved and I have some questions about it.

Do you guys know roughly how long it takes to have your visa accessed after your nomination is approved?
And I also would like to know how relevant is that? I'm celebrating either way because it is a step towards our golds ( me and my wife's ) but does this means the hardest part is passed and I'll probably get my visa soon?

    Thanks in advance.

    Congratulations!!!

when did you receive the email regarding your nomination approved?

Did you receive the email from Immi the 04/04/19

Hi guys, bad news Immi refused my nomination because insufficient training. Impossible because when applied for 457 we put that my boss would do the training plus external training by other company. We sent receive and all the proof but still they didn’t approve.

Any advice? I think they did a mistake.

    What can I do?

    thanks

Hi guys, Sacha - Hairdresser - Nationality  FRANCE.

    - 31st May  2018 Apply for 186 through Work. transitioning from 457.

25 March 2019 Immi Have requested further document such as

    -Bank Statement

    -Business Bas

    - Evidence business training.

We had 28 days to provide all the document however we didn't wait for the 28 days and only 11 days after we have sent all the document,

My  MA gave the document on the 05 April 2018.

Do you guys have experience enough to tell me how long does it take to have an answer from immi after they have required more details ??

the  wait is really unbearable .

    Thanks

    Hi Sacha,

I am an Hairdresser too and I applied in April 2018 through 457. I received the famous  email from Immi the 4th April but still nothing.

Can I ask you which state are you applied?

What about the statement? Did they ask all the statements since you were working with your boss or only the last one?

Did you and your MA, when applied, sent some random payslips and the PAYG of all the years have you been sponsored?

I’m wondering why they asked you the Bank statement.

By they way shouldn’t take longer to approve your nomination. You are almost there!!! CONGRATULATIONS

Let me know  it’s very important for me to know all those details.

    Thanks

    Hi Everyone,

Me and my partner is waiting for our 186 visa which we applied last year May 2018,  we got this email from immigration on 4/04/2019 that soon CO for our file would be allotted. .

My employer updated all the information to date ..

Yesterday we got this message from  case  manager that the second applicant's ( my partner) business name on his online business is different than his name as he uses different name just  to name it easy for his clients but all his legal papers for business has his  original name... actually case manager checked his website and saw his changed name online..

I am sure we would be the first one to get this ... do anyone knows if it  can be a problem for our application.. any suggestion plzzzz

Yesterday? Did you receive an email from CO yesterday Saturday?

Omg it’s even impossible to understand the office time of immigration 😂😂.

  7. Hey guys,

I read an article regarding the email that some of us received from Immi saying that our application will be opened shortly.

It say that the Immi want to open/grant as much as possible application for PR before the end of the financial year, due to the fact that from July, as all of us knows, the number of applications annually will be reduced.

    • Congratulations 2

just noticed its and auto message.

Mate I think this is not true.

MA never received an email like this.

I’m talking not just about my MA, also from other people in this forum that asked their MA..... said the same “first time”.

anyway I think it’s just because they want us spend more money!

Remember, we are only money for them and nothing else!

    Hi

Regarding the email my wild guess (hope I am 100% wrong, as my MA also received the same), the IMMI team might have just glanced through all the files and could have came across finding that people have not undergone medical for long time or do not have Police check so to reduce the review process time they might have sent this email.

I so think I am wrong and I get a wonder CO to approve my case... Keeping positive with all my fingers crossed.

I don’t think thi is the reason because as I said my MA received this email even from one person that applied recently with police check and medical check done!

I think it means nothing if all his clients received this email.

But if this email is not for everyone, it could mean something.

    Just a guess😀

Yea bro I agree with you.

it doesn’t makes sense that another guys applied 2/3 days ago already received the same email as me.

So I think maybe they are just trying to make more money before the end of financial year! 😂😂😂😂

  11. Hi guys, my MA received same email this morning saying that my application will be soon open by CO so if there is to update medical check or police check do it now!!!

He never received an email like this and also he said that he received 8 same email even for application that has been applied 2 months ago.

so I don’t know what it does mean.

    any advice or explanation?

They banned my employer for 3 years because he changed director but he didn't notify to immi and some accountant issue as well

Can I ask what other issues they found regarding accountant?

When they banned your boss for 3 years, you lost your sponsorship too, or you decided to apply through the DE?

    Thanks

@Andytomas Pretty much the same thing i've already said to you in the past. I would personally update the case, as it should have no effect on the application (at this stage).
The last thing you want is the CO picking up on it, then asking questions.

However, it's your risk to take and up to you, this is just mine (and others opinions).

    Fair enough.

But when the company changed the director was 1.5 years ago. The immigration said to update them in maximum 30 days. Unfortunately my boss didn’t know and she didn’t even said nothing to my MA.

My MA just found out when he collected all the company documents.

I’m worry that now after almost 2 years that director has been changed, updating the immigration can affect my PR or anyway let them ask why we didn’t update about it.

By the way, my MA said to leave everything like this and in case they will ask, we will send proofs that everything is as before. Honestly I would like to send the immigration the update.

I don’t know what to do!!!

    Yes

    Thanks for your quick reply.

My situation is a bit different due to the fact that the new director signed all my papers before I applied in April.

So it should be fine as my MA said. Maybe they will ask further documents to see if something has been changed since new director arrived.

    Anyway fingers crossed.

    We never know

  15. 8 minutes ago, paramsahota said:

Everything same just director changed 8 -9 months before lodgement of my file and all my papers signed by old director not new one so immi just go deeply after that and did so much enquiry and they didn't satisfied after that

When you said “your papers “ are you talking  about all the  documents regarding your permanent residency application that you were preparing?

    thanks

Omg! It is happening to me. I just found out that my owner changed the director from her to her mum.

My MA said to leave it like this and if they will ask something we can show that the business is the same ABN, my position and everything.

After how long they refused it?

When your boss changed the director did they change the ABN as well?
