187 cook SA

Hi guys

I have a question. If my partner doesn't have an English test result, how much should I pay for the government for 187 visa? I heard it is about 5000. Just need to know the exact number so I can prepare. Very much appreciated for your help!

I came to Australia in 2011 and I didn't provide any evidence of working experience for the application.

Nomination and visa applied on 12/9/2017.

Nomination approved on 9/4/2019 with no document request. Ask for Medi check AFP and English test for partner.

Occupation ：cook

I applied 187 dec 2017 as motor mechanic then same company another guys who applied 187 as motor mechanic after 4 months . Last week he got his visa with in 12 months and I’m still waiting from 16 months. Do you guys have any clue why is that?

From my observation. People who applied 187 after 3/2018 which under the new policy may have shorter waiting time.

The processing time on immi web site on 3/2017 was 17-20 months. On 4/2017 became to 21-23 and it has never decreased under 20 month.

Please help me with this situation.

My employer sponsored me 187DE Cook at 9/2017.

Later on they sponsored a 187DE Restaurant manager at 3/2018.

At 11/2018. For the RM application was ask for further information about why last restaurant manager (457-186 type) didn’t complete his 2 years employment. Employment letter was asked. However, nobody has keeped the letter since last Manager got his citizenship. And the agent  who did this application has changed ownership. Anyway, they cannot provide enough evidence to support this application,  so they withdrawal it.

My question is will this effect on my application? ps. My case is still received.
