to re apply, i need valid visa at the moment they said.

i am currently on bridging visa of 186 so i think i have no choice than aat

my nomination was refused today after 20 months.

my only way is aat

i can re lodge 186 in the same company during aat or not?

immi already came to my restaurant. i was working that day so talked to them for about an hour. they came 6 months ago... still no response.

im on this boat for 15 months now, no response nothing made yet from immigration.

Yesterday border police  came to our place.

I was there at work asked me a lot of things related to work. it was all fine. 

do yo think it is an indication that my file would be opened soon?

My Timeline shows processing time as 13-13 months. has it recently been changed? cz i have already crossed 13 months mark

We got a call today at our company from fair work ombudsman. I think everything is fine. Does that make any impact to our visa?

Even though i know that my medical is expired, Im waiting a co to open my file and ask for it.. cz it says dnt even call immi for health purpose..

Why would you take risk? 

THANKS @KazBaker  I have my uniform with me at all times so m going to be aware of this fact from now own. Since it was a family business and we are reaslly very close, nobody ever says anything to me at all.

Hi guys,

i work in a restaurant and mostly m not in my uniform that is supposed to be. But i do wear a work tshirt. Apart from that just a pair of leggings. Do i need to be in proper work uniform in case there is an immigration check? Cz there might be one in days ahead as m between 12-15 time frame.

My processing time just changed to 12-15 months.
