Yeah, a notary public, even foreign. Apparently this was allowed by legislation last year. Just head over to a Wells Fargo and they'll take care of you.

Thanks for your reply.
Yes, I was issued with a military service number. I did receive pay and therefore had a JPA account. I don't recall having a MOD90 though I do know what that is.
I'm hearing mixed feedback on this and still not 100% sure.
As is the case for American ROTC cadets, UOTC cadets are likewise not considered servicemembers, to my understanding. With that said, I would still list it, especially since your application will likely include questions about military training, which UOTC presumably provides. Best of luck.

If I recall the application correctly, where it asks when the relationship began it specifically indicates that online relationship time shouldn't be counted.

No, it wouldn't. Immigration cares about the permanency of your relationship, not the permanency of your residence in Australia.
Thanks On a side note, I was sort of channeling PIC 4009, which states that the partner visa is granted only when the applicant demonstrates an intent to reside in Australia permanently.

Hi all,
Longtime follower here. Lots of helpful info.
I was curious whether anyone has any personal experience with applying for a university program while waiting on a partner visa decision from abroad. Certainly I wouldn't want to confuse my intentions, i.e. wanting a student vs. partner visa. With that said, I imagine an applicant applying for university coursework indicates permanence. Thanks all.
PR with multiple citizenships: adding a passport
in Visa Chat
Posted
Hello all
I’m a dual US-Spanish citizen. My visa application and grant is associated with my US passport, and now I have a Spanish passport to add.
Would anyone happen to know the effect adding a passport has on the travel facility of a PR visa holder? In other words, could I then exclusively use the Spanish passport?
Many thanks for your insight.
