G'day, I got golden mail while I was overseas during my holiday.

See my timeline below, please. 

Does anyone know about promotion after visa granted?

I want to get promoted but I don't want to risk, of course.

Same occupation, job title or position but 1 level up from level 4 to 5 or 6 (max from this occupation), slightly doing more work according to paperwork, which is the jobs I already have been doing.

I don't have Migration Agent so please help me guys.

My Visa got approved this morning! after 21 months of waiting finally got approved.

I have been checking the status on immi account after uploaded everything. There are a few thing I could confirm(based on my case):

1, The status actually CAN change from "RECEIVED" directly to "FINALISED". 

2, After received the s56 message, it appears to me that they might put your case aside and wait for 28days, then they reopen it and assess the application based on the info you provided.

3, The CO who send the s56 message was not the same CO who grants the visa.

Again all above are based on my case, it might different to yours. I just thought I should provide some ideas for those still await.

Last but not the least, thanks for this forum and thanks for all those kind people who helped me. Wish all the best to all of you

When CO is assigned? Do you think the person who send me the “s56 request for more information” is my CO? When CO is assigned, can I tell my nomination is passed? I thought they only request further information when the nomination is cleared. 

My immiaccount says the status is still “recieved” .  No “initial assessment” or “further assessment”. 

 

I’m really worried that my nomination will be rejected after paying $hundreds for medical check. 

Is it possible for my nomination to be clear when the other nomination is recently rejected at the same workplace? 

Give me some thoughts please!

My Nomination was approved in Feb 2019 and I was requested to provide s56 AFP 11th March 2019, which I submitted 19th March 2019. My immiaccount says the status is still "received". What I have seen from this forum, we can be the status "received" to "finalised" straight away without going into "initial assessment" or "further assessment". Hopefully, we all get our PR soon.

Congrats, mate. I am hoping to get my PR soon. I got a request for new police check from Immigration yesterday so I applied the new one last night through online. Hopefully I can get PR within a month.

But my employer doesn’t want to provide all the documents, instead, they want us to use their Solicitor. Most of the employees that they sponsored used their solicitors, so that it would be easier for them. Their solicitor already got all of my employer documents, that is why they can easily copy and paste and just change the name on the documents that they need to provide to the immigration.. I am in ACT as well.. 

In my case, my HR is the one said to me that I don't have to use MA so yes, I saved some money and have been tracking all information by myself but it has been stressing because I was not sure I have been doing correctly or not. My HR copied and pasted information from one of my colleagues who used MA for RSMS Visa. So Far So Good.
I still reckons you see your solicitor in person if you can.

I believe you should have result of RCB within 4 weeks ~ 12 weeks after lodging RCB. I did not go through MA so I don't know whether you get all information from you MA. I got the result of nomination from my HR manager who nominated me and forwarded an email from IMMI to me. I recommend you to see your MA in person if the MA does not respond your email.

Congrats!!! It seems that it take a month for PR to be granted after approval of nomination or could just be applicable to Childcare PR.
