Hi,  one of my colleague recently applied for 186 visa nomination on 20 Nov 2018,

Can my employer use the same business documents to do the 186 nomination for another cook  after 3/4 months as they have same duty and responsibility?

One of my friend applied 186 visa nomination recently like 3 months ago as a cook and  can my employer  use same business document to lodge another  nomination  as well for same occupation?

No there is not written anything about the sponsor again but i am working hard with plenty of extra hour for that.
