How do we know when a CO has been assigned to any application?

I have seen people checking their files at immi account and finding some mistakes.

I just wonder if I can check my companies documents to make sure my MA has uploaded everything.

Sorry guys, I'm new here. Where can I get the spreadsheet link to check out processing time for the ones that already got a granted Visa?

Update: it haven't been opened as yet

It is only my impression or have the processing time being reducing since last year?
