Got my golden email today in an extremely unlikely timeframe. 
Here is my timeline: 

 

Nomination and Application lodged along with partner on 09/09/2019

Asked for Medicals same day as soon as the application was  lodged. 

Medicals done on 25/09/2019

Nomination approved this afternoon on 15/10/2019 followed by Visa grant just after 10 minutes . 
 

total time - 1 month 5 days. 
 

Occupation- Restaurant Manager 

state - QLD

i applied for DE stream 187 for the position of cafe and restaurant manager in march 2018. My file status is showing Received. No update after 19 months. Business is in regional WA. When my wait will finish[emoji17]???

It will be 4 years on  2020 working as a restaurant manager for a company . I have 457 ; not much help though I hardly find anyone with 457 to 186 as a restaurant manager. Wondering if there are not enough people applying for it or not talking about it. 
Anyone applied recently for 186 as restaurant manager got accepted or refused. I am even scared to apply for it. Dnt know what i am gonna do next year. 
A reachout would be really appreciated.

It's been more than 18 months and I'd like to know if anybody has had a Nomination or Visa approved in July, August or this month September 2019. My time line and details are: RCB approved 16th Feb 2018, Nomination and Visa applications lodged on 28th February 2018, Occupation: Cafe-Restaurant Manager in Central Regional Queensland

I'm happy to work for him for 2years or until he sells the business.
Will this effect me if I step into other job.

187 migration intake will increase from 6,000 to 9,000 places each year

Is the immigration intake cut from 190.000. to 160.000. new permanent residents in the coming financial year going to affect all those who have applied for RSMS 187 Visas? Are we going to be benefitted with the new Regional Migration Policy?

Hi all. I applied 187 Directy Entry Restaurant Manager position on March 17,2018. I'm from the NT. I have a migration agent. I'm bit worried about my visa. My position is Restaurant Supervisor under DAMA Stage 1 for 4 yrs now.. Applied for 187 visa Direct entry RESTAURANT MANAGER POSITION. My employer and my migration agent prove that my experience is relevant to restaurant manager position. I've been doing jobs same as restaurant manager's role. I aslo have australian qualifications, Certificate IV in Hospitality from studying and an RPL- DIPLOMA IN HOSPITALITY. 
The last time I've heard from my agent is that the immigration is asking for further financial proof from my employer since my workplace experienced financial lost last December 2017.. 
 
Now no news from my agent...
Should I be worried of my visa application since my position under DAMA 1 is Restaurant Supervisor? Anyone here applying from the NT under DAMA?

 Rcb approved 1/02/2018
requested medical visit 5/5/2018
but I attach the police check too just in case.
today 14/2/2019 visa e nomination approved straight away no further document!!!

Is there any Cafe Restaurant Manager who has applied in February 2018 and has been approved Nomination or Visa yet?

Any Cafe Restaurant Manager Visas or Nominations approved in January 2019???

Is there any Cafe-Restaurant Manager Visas approved in QLD on the last two months? I'd like to see and know about Cafe Managers in QLD. I applied in Feb 2018 and it seems that most of approved visas are from lodgents made inJune-July 2017 but Are there Cafe Managers that applied in those months? Still waiting or got it approved?
