  1. Hello everyone,

In my visa grant letter, it's saying I cannot marry or enter a de facto relationship before I enter Australia for the first time. I have been living with my girlfriend for over 2 years now. Since there is no such relationship as de facto in my country, I check the single box and in the detail section, I mentioned that I live with my girlfriend but I don't have any proof to show that I am in that relationship. They gave me this condition nonetheless.

Did I do something wrong in the application?

what should I do with this relationship? Should I break up with my girlfriend which is actually my future wife?

Its really bothering me and I would appreciate if someone can help me.

    Thanks

  2. There is no deceiving.

I have included all the information regarding my partner in the application but I simply stated that I don't have enough documents to support my relationship claim. but now I have new documents and I want to try my chances for Canada.

I am not an immigration lawyer so that it turns out it does affect my visa I don't really want to risk it.

  3. Hi Everyone,

I have recently granted a visa to Australia but there is a condition which tells me I can not Marry or Enter de Facto relationship before the first arrival.

I am now applying for a student visa for Canada but I want to include my partner in this application. Knowing that these countries share immigration data, is it possible that Australia finds out I have a partner prior to entering Australia for the first time and Cancels my visa?

I understand that it might be a confusing situation.

    Thanks
