Just wondering after you got approved from AAT, while you are waiting for the immigration, do you still need to work for the same employer?

Thanks Abby , me as well in Melbourne , please update once if ur file opens in future , all the very best till then , it looks like if have to wait longer
No worries I'll definitely keep updating.
It is much longer waiting than before, when I lodged mine, the average waiting time was 470 days, but now it's 658 days... I've been watching on AAT web one and half year now, from what I see, they increase about 20-40 days every month

Yes, but you have to do it asap.
mine was expired before , then I went there 3 or 4 months after, they refuse to renew it, because I was didn't update my info on time

Hi
Same situation here,
Applied for 186 Visa on October 2016, got refused for insufficient supporting document for the Nomination application without any request for additional documents. applied for AAT and had my AAT hearing on 12 March 2019 and they approved my application one week after.
The nomination grant notification came one week after AAT approval but i did not hear anything from immigration office until 4 May 2019 asking for Federal Police and Health examination again because they were expired. i lodged them all on the 23rd of May and until today i am still waiting for my PR.
Hi, I’m still waiting for the AAT review ... just wondering have you got the PR yet? And during this time , do you still need to work for the same employer?
thank you in advance

Hi.
My nomination has been refused stating that they are not convinced that my position is genuin without asking any further documents and refused straight away!! Thats totally disjustice!! Now my MA said the only way left is to appeal!!
Well how long do you think it takes to decide the situation.
Plz if anyone knows about it help me to get answer
Thanking you
Hi, I have applied 186 on December 2017, and got refused on May 2018 with the same reason like yours "the genuine reason"
I lodged my appeal straight way ,and now I'm still waiting for the decision from AAT.
According to their web, the average waiting time is 481 days...
