Why he cant do more than one job? is it against the sponsorship, any proof for this.
Sponsorship is a contract/agreement between you and your employer, you are a full time employee on a salary which you have shown to immigration in papers, if you work more than this or somewhere else on TFN, your tax returns goes high and immigration department see your tax returns and they can easily find the difference, so better not to work on tax.

Currently i am on bridging visa, i am working full time for my sponsored employer i.e. 38 hours per week. i have some extra free time on weekend, can i go for any other job? one service station here looking staff for weekends, can i go and work with them? They will pay me weekend rate with taxes and super too.

I am feeling sorry to hear this, my MA advised that with training benchmark you should provide the proof that, training is provided to australian citizen or permenant resident, it really helped me.
Hi Sawar, have you paid training benchmark in 2018.

I'm very sorry to hear that. Last year exactly before Xmas we got the same news.We decided to withdraw and apply again.
The reason of nomination refusal was incorrect training benchmark which was because of wrong information from MA.
Anyway I hope the best things happen to you out of the blue...
Hi Dear, can i ask you what was exactly the training benchmark issue with you, it will be helpful for me.
Thanks

Hello friends, i am a silent reader of this forum since last month, i found this forum and the people here so nice and so helpful, so many questions appeared in my mind and most of them have been cleared just to read the experiences, suggestions, advises and comments of you good people.
My occupation is Restaurant Manager (Italian Restaurant).
My nomination and visa lodged on 14th of Feb 2018
Immigration department required some company documents on 4th of december, that i have already been submitted on 16th of december.
Guys im just a bit confused here in one area, my all training fees have already been paid and up to date till 2017, and the due date of my training fees is August 31st of every year, this year on 31st August 2018 when my employer was nearly paying my training fee, our MA stopped us not to pay the training fee that it has been repealed, i need some comments on it of you guys that MA has taken a right decision? or i should pay the training benchmark of this year as well, im bit scared that training benchmark can create some problem in my case.
I hope you guys undertand my question and i am looking forward of your valuable comments.
Thanks
