Hi day to all! I submitted my EOI last July 28, 2018 and I nominated for the state NSW. But since yesterday there were changes in our plans and leaning towards VIC instead.  Could I just "UPDATE EOI" or should I withdraw my first EOI then submit a new one? Thank you!
