143 visa granted today! 3 working days after we made the 2nd VAC payment. Application initially lodged on June 3, 2015. I hope I am the last one in the month of June. Good luck you all and stay patient and positive. (Yes, I know how hard it is!)

I paid using "Pre-pay Visa Application Charge Paper Application" option instead and had no issue.
Thanks! Did you have to create a new immiAccount or I can use my own immiAccount to pay for my dad's VAC?

Finally got the request for the 2nd VAC payment!!!
Question, in the email it says
QuoteLogin into your IMMIAccount, and go to ‘Manage Payments’, then select ‘Pre-pay Paper Service’ to make your payment and follow the instructions at ‘Other Payment’.
I can't find the option of "Other Payment" in "Pre-pay Paper Service". How did you guys make this payment?

I finally heard back from PVC team after 7 weeks of silence after I wrote them a harsh complaint email. They were still asking me for the household register notarial certificate (original and translated version). I have supplied it for the 4th straight time. The household register in my country is called kinship certificate, detailing applicant's family composition. Can anyone tell me if this is the document you provided too? PVC never tells me why they keep asking for this, and apparently you can't get a human answer out of them other than these robotic responses.

We also had to submit some documents a few times. They claimed they didn't receive our previous emails.
I wish they would at least let me know whether they had received it or not, or are they in the process of reviewing them. Instead, I've been left in the dark for two months...

What documents did they request? We went straight to 2nd VAC request after submitting the AOS paperwork a few months ago. The fact that you've been asked for additional documents makes me think your case isn't as straight forward as some others that have been processed already
They were asking for amendments to some 47pa pages, my dad's household register notarial certificate. Because I submitted the documents as they became available, so they were supplied in different emails. The PVC1 team had different people respond to my various emails asking for documents present in other emails, which is frustrating, but I am fairly sure I had responded to all their queries. My last update was uploading the newest household register certificate (not sure why they kept asking for this, as they never told me what they deemed wrong), which was nearly two months ago. I even gave them my contact number in case they want to get in touch. Without a way to contact them, I am basically sitting here not even knowing whether they had received my documents or not.

Seeing as people who lodged after June 2, 2015 have been granted visa (and congrats to those obvs), not sure why I haven't even heard from them re: the second VAC request. How do I know if they are still stuck reviewing my documents?

My dad's application was lodged on June 2, 2015. The last update on the visa was 7 weeks ago where team pvc1 was requesting more documents which I supplied almost instantly. Nothing heard back from them since then. I am starting to get a bit nervous now as they have apparently moved up to June 29, 2015. Is there any other way to get in touch with them? Obviously replying to the same email will get you nothing other than an auto-reply.
Still waiting...

We lodged AOS pretty much first thing when we were requested for documents, probably back in April/May, it was never a blocker in my case. My application was stranded due to household register and some forms.
