Hi there guys, can someone clarify to me about skill assessment on this visa 190, when i was reading the eligibilty on DHA  (Your skills assessment must have been obtained in the 3 years before the date of your invitation. If the assessment was for a shorter period, that period must not have passed.) meaning to say it was expired if 3 years before invitation. Correct me if i am wrong thank you guys.

just a quick question do you need a skill assessment to apply for 187 visa? One of my friends got his visa without it but I’m confused please enlighten me with this thanks in advance who is answering.
