    thank you in advance

Hi there, are you make requests for vac2 invoice to your case officer ?if yes, how long you wait to get invoice? Or you declare about your VAc2 payment during lodgement ? And get the invoice straight away when co assigned . Thanks

    Hi friends,

From your experiences, how long did it take for kid’s health assessment results being submitted to the visa application? We are family of four: parents  and 2 kids - 11 and 9 year old. Both kids were checked TB with blood test. We did medical check at Bupa Branch in Dadenong, VIC. Examinations did on Tuesday morning. From Immi account, late afternoon Wednesday got  “Health clearance provided – no action required” for both parents. By end of Friday the kids are still “Examinations in progress”. I knew that it may take up to 5 biz days for the results being ready based on Bupa info website, but want to check with everyone here if it is normal take that long?

Kindly share your experience if it is relevant to yours. Thank for your time.

For my daughters take 4 working days.

@Tini365 This is a very sensitive area of the visa approval and can prove a disaster if not handled correctly. You literally can have your PR taken away from you.
    - I've seen it before, and it's not hard (for your employer) to do.

My suggestion is to make sure that your current employer is OK with this (I, personally would ask them to sign something) - that way, they can not go to immi and complain.
    - Any complaint from them, will introduce an investigation and likely have a bad outcome.

If, however, they are happy with it all and it's a mutual decision from you and the company that nominated you - then you'll be fine.
    - No need to inform Immi about same.

At the end of the day, there is no law that stops you from doing this, however, if the company that nominated and sponsored you complains, or makes it known to Immi, then that's where the trouble can start. It's very possible that Immi can determine that you never had any intention on staying with the company, which is a requirement of the visa approval and allows them to overturn the approval / granting.

Hi Hex,  do you know for 2nd instalment payment invoice how many days need to wait at least ? My lawyer already send mail for invoice

It feels as though people are missing what I'm telling them, with regards to the Medical timeline.

    - You need to allow 5 business days for results to reflect, any questions about same before then are irrelevant, see this snippet from the BUPA site:

How sad is it and biased that some people getting approval in two months it’s like powerball lotto, no fairness in the system. I haven’t been waiting for long but they way things are happening Scott Morrison wants to stop immigrants, it will definitely affect the processing . They have taken the money but still no results, you just have to wait for some case officer to have approval for your life . Every government change they want to target immigrants I have wasted my youth in this country can’t even think about to go back . Elections will definitely affect the processing time if liberal wins processing time will be forever . You can’t even ask anybody what to do and what’s happening . When money was deducted it was straight away no waiting time on it , I wish they had deducted the money the way they process the applications. God bless everybody for there patience.

Hi there, I applied in April 2018 as chef nomination approved after 12month. At least make the hope in processing time frame. Not much earlier otherwise you will depress.

@John007 This is not about child / adult.

The medical processing times are listed as 5 business days for processing. In your case, it's only been 2 and they may have already started with yours (hence, it being updated).

My suggestion is to sit tight and wait out the 5 working days.

I did 2 sets of exams: first set took all 5 days (for entire family to show through), 2nd took only 3 days.
    - Worst thing is trying to speed up something by watching it, give it the 5 days, then look 🙂

I requested to my lawyer for my wife vac invoice, he already made it and date updated also that day , is that co waiting for complete medical to send invoice. ? My lawyer said to get invoice need few days. Thanks in advance

@steve 007 Yep, then this goes with my thoughts.

My opinion and experience is based off a CO making direct contact, as they did with @@dream_aus.
    - I suspect they would have a quicker response.

Hi Hex,  do I know  why child medical take longer time for processing ? We attend on last Friday, I got my one but my daughter medical still processing ?????
