Its not take much time nomination maximum 2 to 6 weeks if you applied everything together. Mine one took 28 days after nomination approved. Keep checking immi account for documention if your MA updated or not. But anyway your visa on the way

I got my golden email yesterday. After long time 19 Month so many sleepless night But in the end I got postive result. May God bless them who are waiting from long time and they will get same result.

It’s not necessary to start work before grant the visa but nowadays immi is refusing some case whom did not start work or work less than 38 hours on bridging visa, so, you should better to start work with your company to make your case storng.
