How long does it takes to get visaafter the required documents submitted.  Waiting is killing..

They will be looking at what you have now. If you have 3 years of experience after RPL now you just need to show this, and that's it.

I did apply 187 visa with RPL in 2018 feb and got nomination approved  on 24 th april immi jst asked gor police check and medical and i submitted them on 8th of may ... 

My case looks like yours but immi didn't raised any other issues in regards to RPL and work experience. So what can i aspect in this situation.. any one has idea plz share it..

Hi guys my nomination approved in 24 April and co asked for medical and police clearance . All the documents submitted 9th may i don't know what's gonna happen now .. very stressful situation . Visa applied in feb 12  2018

Hi everyone i applied  187 visa from a chinese restaurant in North QLD in February 2018 with  RPL certificate do i have any chance or not i don't have any option ... is there any one in same situation like me ........ plz plz suggest me..

I got a response from nomination in November, asking for more evidences of why the business needs me. I haven’t heard from them after I responded.

And few days ago, I got a response from visa asking asking for three documents.

1. Completed form 80

2. The documents I sent to the rpl provider

3. Evidences of my work experience 

As of now, I have 2.5 years work experience in the same field. I am worried about them refusing my application based on the rpl.

please advice me what is best for me.

Hi every one i a. Waiting form feb 2018 187 DE visa .. i apply with RPL CERTIFICATE  as cook in a Chinese restaurant and been working for same owner since 2013 ..... 

Do i have any chance for visa ... plz give your opinion...

I have benn working since 2013 till now .. started as kitchen hand since 2017 fulltime cook .. but some one said to me i have very low chance so would you plz share some ideas...
