Thanks for that Jen3103, but it does have to be someone who you work with in your current role. Is that correct?

I have looked on the ANMAC website and the professional reference appeared to be a generic one that would apply to a variety of roles. 

Can I just ask who you plan to ask to act as your professional referee? I really don't want to ask my current line manager as I don't want to tell her my plans just yet.
